	L.A. Brook CONDITIONS OF SALE

1	General
1.1	Quotations and prices are subject to withdrawal or alteration without notice.

1.2	Prices shall be those ruling at the time of supply.

1.3	All prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax.

1.4	Product sizes and specification are correct at the time of publication and are liable to variation in line with Manufacturers’ thencurrent specification.

2	Minimum order value and delivery
2.1	Our minimum net order value [excluding vat] is £30.

2.2	Where delivery is within our normal scheduled van areas orders of £30 and over will be carriage paid. Outside our scheduledareas or where an outside carrier is required the minimum carriage paid order value is £75.

2.3	Spare parts orders and special overnight deliveries will be charged at prevailing Carriers’ rates.

2.4	Unless otherwise agreed in writing the place of delivery shall be the Buyer’s nominal place of business.

2.5	All delivery dates are estimates only.

3	Returns
3.1	Where goods have been incorrectly ordered and the Buyer wishes to return these goods then a minimum 10% handling chargewill be applied together with any additional charges incurred by the Seller.

3.2	Where a non-stock item has been incorrectly ordered by the Buyer in this instance we are unable to accept returns.

4	Payment
4.1	Where goods are supplied against account, payment becomes due 30 days from date of delivery.

4.2	All goods shall remain the property of the seller until such times as payment is received in fullterms.
